Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Upon placing your order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on product availability and your selected shipping method. Shipping estimates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page, depending on your chosen carrier. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Signature Confirmation: All shipments will include signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.

International Orders: We offer global shipping to virtually any address. However, please note that some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

International Customs:  Hall of Frames is not liable for any customs fees or charges that may arise during the shipping process. It is the sole responsibility of each client to handle any payments related to customs duties, taxes, or penalties imposed by their respective country’s customs authority. In the event that a client refuses to accept the package, it will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will forfeit any eligibility for a refund.

Packaging & Security: Orders are carefully packed using durable materials and secured with tamper-evident tape. If a parcel appears to have been tampered with, please photograph the package and retain the package, its content and photographs for the duration of the investigation.

Missing or Lost Packages: If you have not received your package after it has been marked as delivered, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Claims made after this period will not be processed.

Insurance Claims: Orders that are insured are eligible for claims related to missing, lost, or stolen packages. If a claim is approved, a replacement item will be sent, provided the item is still in stock.  Insurance coverage for the package is only applicable while the package is in transit. Once the package has been delivered or is no longer in transit, the insurance coverage will no longer be valid.

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and materials intact. Hall of Frames reserves the right to determine whether returned products meet the criteria for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and must use a shipping method that includes tracking and signature confirmation. Hall of Frames is not liable for items lost, misdirected, or delayed during the return process.

Refund Processing: Refunds will typically be issued within 25 business days from the date your return is handed to the shipper. This timeframe includes the return transit (5-10 business days), processing time at our facility (3-5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days). In many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.

How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with return instructions.

Final Sale Items: Please note that all discounted items, as well as vintage, new, and custom Cartier items, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
