Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order, unless otherwise noted.
Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties if applicable.
Signature confirmation and insurance coverage will be included for all packages.
Orders are securely shipped in heavy duty packaging and secured with tamper-evident tape. Parcels that have been tampered with must be photographed and refused at time of delivery. Insurance on the package will end once delivery has been accepted. Refused shipments will be returned to Hall of Frames Inc. for further inspection.
If you did not receive your package after it has been marked delivered, please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim. All inquiries made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping the item back in its original condition with all original materials included. Hall of Frames has the sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased from the website are in original condition when returned.
We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and signature confirmation. Hall of Frames will not be responsible for or liable if any item you return is lost, misdirected, or delivered late.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All vintage, new, and custom Cartier items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
